Sorry I didn’t get back with you yesterday.  I will be in the office all day today.  Please call me when you get in so we can schedule a time to refine the scope of services that was previously sent.  Once you and I can agree on a scope, Trotter and Associates will be able to apply manhours and associated costs.  This will allow us to complete a formal proposal to the district.
